01. What is a lymphatic brush?

It is an ergonomically designed brush with gentle bristles that are shaped to work with the lymphatic system, helping to propel fluid along the system and into lymph nodes. It is different from dry brushing. 

02. How do I use a lymphatic brush?

You use The  Lymphatic Brushes on clean, dry skin. Use the large brush on the neck, jawline and body areas and the smaller brush on other areas of the face. Move in single strokes, towards the lymph nodes.

03. What are the benefits of lymphatic brushing?

04. How often should I use a lymphatic brush?

You can use it daily, first thing in the morning on clean, dry skin and last thing at night before applying night cream/ oil.

05. Can I use a lymphatic brush on sensitive skin?

Yes, but work gently with the brush, let the brush take the lead. Work under areas that are congested/ with spots. Don’t use pressure. 

06. When should I not use The Lymphatic Brushes?

When in doubt, leave it out!

  • Do not use if being treated for active cancer ( seek advice from your medical professional) 
  • DVT
  • Acute infection 
  • Congestive heart failure 

Use with caution when menstruating ( may make bleeding heavier)

Low blood pressure - do shorter sessions 

Hyperactive thyroid - avoid thyroid area
